I don’t have a recipe for Sorrel at the moment, but I do have some dry sorrel in the cupboard…I should bring it out and make a concoction! I don’t have a recipe for garlic pork…but I have a great -Aunt who makes a mean garlic pork…in her 90s and still making her own bread! I’ll ask her over the weekend. Won’t be in time for Easter though…sorry :-(
